ABOUT THE PELVIC FLOOR STRENGTHENING PROTOCOL
This protocol is designed to reduce the frequency and severity of stress urinary incontinence (SUI) in powerlifters. It covers the role of the pelvic floor, explores relevant movement strategies, and offers targeted exercises to help athletes manage and overcome these challenges.
Our Pelvic Floor Strengthening Protocol was designed by Dr. Emily Snee, physical therapist and strength coach. Emily is dedicated to keeping athletes strong both on and off the platform. She focuses on empowering female powerlifters and has worked with top male lifters worldwide.
