How It works
The Injury:
You’re dealing with an issue that’s preventing you from training normally. Book an appointment with us, fill out our sign-up forms, and submit your payment by clicking the button below.
The Appointment:
During a 1-hour call with your rehab professional, we will discuss your training history, and put you through physical assessments on our call. Come to your call prepared to work!
The Program & Write-Up:
Within 48 hours on business days, you will receive a rehab program and write-up explaining the findings of the assessment and providing recommendations on what to do next.

Single Appointment
$140 USD
per session
What’s included:
- 1-hour call with your rehab & injury management coach.
- Undergo testing on-call, and receive coaching on how to perform the exercises in your program.
- Receive a write-up explaining the results of your appointment, your rehab & injury management program, and instructions on how to return to your sport.
- Access to exercise library for instruction on how to perform rehab exercises.
- Includes 3 follow-up questions via email within 30 days of your most recent consultation. These follow-up questions do not accrue across multiple appointments.
1 Monthly Appointment & weekly check-ins
$215 USD
per month
- 1-hour call with your rehab & injury management coach.
- Email check-ins with your rehab & injury management coach weekly.
- Weekly monitoring and plan adjustments as necessary.
- Undergo testing on-call, and receive coaching on how to perform the exercises in your program.
- Receive a write-up explaining the results of your appointment, your rehab & injury management program, and instructions on how to return to your sport.

Rehab Philosophy/Experience
Dominic is passionate about rehabilitation being an active experience that addresses mobility and local strength deficits for long term performance.
As a competitive USAPL athlete himself, he has learned and experienced the demands of powerlifting.
While working with a wide spectrum of injuries, he enjoys focusing on: shoulder pain during pressing and low bar squatting, knee pain and aching limiting squat depth, low back pain limiting activity both within and outside of the gym.
Emily Snee

Rehab Philosophy/Experience
Emily is a physical therapist and strength coach who is committed to keeping athletes on the platform and active in everyday life.
She is passionate about the female athlete dominating in the world of powerlifting, but has noted success working with some of the greatest male lifters in the world.
She is experienced in working with many injuries among powerlifters, but primarily focuses on: hip and groin discomfort limiting squatting and accessory lifts, ligamentous laxity and associated soft tissue injuries, female pelvic floor health and associated incontinence.
