- Provide online coaching service you selected and agreed to
- Handle all billing activities to collect fees for your service
- Handle all billing activities required to collect payment for apparel purchased from us. Apparel shipped via Canada Post or possibly courier service such as UPS, FedEx or Purolator.
- Send occasional marketing emails via CyberImpact. You have option to unsubscribe at any time.
- Promote your photograph and story on company social media channels with your explicit permission

Data Storage Locations
- We collect Personal Information from our secure website https://thestrengthguys.comusing software called Gravity Forms. All data is stored securely with our web hosting company.
- Personal Information is also stored on our business Google Drive. Information used by our coaches to provide service you paid for.
- Personal Information is stored in our accounting system, Quickbooks Online. Access limited to bookkeeper and accountant.
- PayPaland Squareare used as our payment providers. All credit card information and Personal Information is stored within their systems. Both companies are PCI Compliant. Credit card data never stored in our files.
- Personal Information used to send occasional marketing email. We use use software called CyberImpact to handle our marketing email distribution. Only email address and name is stored in CyberImpact.

Consent
By accepting our Terms and Conditions, you are granting permission for us to store your Personal Information supplied on website form. However, your decision not to provide certain information may limit our ability to provide you with our products or services.
CyberImpact software tracks consent and gives the option to unsubscribe from future email campaigns.

Personal Information shared with employees of The Strength Guys Inc. stored on secure Google Drive. External accounting firm may access Personal Information while preparing annual financial reports and corporation tax returns. Access limited to Quickbooks Online for accounting firm.
